| 摘 要： | 积极向上的大学班级文化有利于引导大学生坚定理想信念、实现自我管理、激发创新意识和全面自由发展。大学班级文化建设在思想政治理论教育、班风学风建设、自我教育管理和评价激励体系方面尚存在一些问题，必须坚持马克思主义指导思想、确立共同目标、培养创新精神、健全管理模式，确保大学班级文化建设的科学性、导向性、时代性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Positive college class culture is benefieial to stabilize students＇ ideals and beliefs, realize serf - management, stimulate creative and improve their comprehensive and free development. But there exist some problems in the following as- pects ： the ideological and political education, class construction of learning style, the system of education administration and e- valuation and stimulation. We must adhere to Marxism as guiding thought and establish common objectives to ensure that the col- lege class cultural construction can be scientific and have a guidance meaning. Also, creative spirit, establishment and perfec- tion of regulations should be cultivated to keep pace with the times and improve its effectualness. |
