| 摘 要： | 高校科研团队在我国高校人才培养和科学研究过程中扮演着重要角色，是高校教学工作和科研工作顺利进行的重要载体。高校科研团队凝聚力是高校科研团队的竞争力、创造力的基础，提高高校科研团队竞争力和创造力必须先要提高高校科研团队的凝聚力。国内外对凝聚力相关研究材料很多，但是比较零散。在去粗取精的基础上对高校科研团队凝聚力的影响因素和量化方法进行归纳和总结。今后有关高校科研团队凝聚力问题，应进一邵细化并深入高校科研团队凝聚力具体影响因素研究，注重高校科研团队凝聚力指标体系的构建。

| Abstract: | University scientific research team has become the basic carrier of personal training and scientific research. University research team cohesion is the basis of team competitiveness and creativity. To im prove competitiveness and creativity of university research teams, improvement of their cohesion must be given priority. Domestic and foreign research materials on cohesion are sufficient, yet fragmented. This study summarizes university research team cohesion factors and quantification methods and points out two research prospects on the university research team cohesion issues. This study has some theoretical signifi cance and practical significance. |
