| 摘 要： | 所谓限产保价,是指欧佩克为确保油价不下滑,而利用配额制度削减各成员国产量,从而降低石油供应量总额的战略.限产保价战略实施的成败受世界经济发展周期、国际能源市场和石油市场的结构性变化、其对非欧佩克国家和内部成员间的协调能力以及地缘政治和突发事件等多方面因素共同影响.与20世纪80年代初期相比,2004年欧佩克限产保价战略的成功实施,正是其综合以上诸多有利背景因素科学制定战略战术的结果.

| Abstract: | Limiting prodnction and keeping price is OPEC'S stratagy to reduce the oil output of member contries and to keep oil price steady.This stratagy is influenced by the world economic development circle,the structure change of international energy and oil market,the coordinating of non-OPEC contries and OPEC members,and sudden affirs.In contrast with early 80 years in 20 century,OPEC'S stratagy in 2004 is successful. |
