浙江租赁企业欠薪事件现状分析及对策研究——以宁波镇海区为例

摘    要:伴随浙江租赁企业数量逐渐增多,因租赁企业经营不善而引发的欠薪事件数量也呈上升趋势,影响着构建和谐劳动关系的大局。依托现有的管理政策,通过对典型地区宁波镇海区租赁企业欠薪事件的成因分析,提出建立租赁企业欠薪保障基金制度及租赁企业工资支付报备制度;建立欠薪事件处置应急机制;继续依托现有的“两网化”管理,夯实基础工作网等管理对策。

Abstract:With the number of leasing enterprises in Zhejiang gradually increasing, rental businesses, due to poor running, caused the number of wages arrears a rising tendency. And it influences the construction of the overall situation of harmonious labor relations. Rely on the existing management policy by making an analysis of the causes of typical district of Zhenhai about Ningbo City’s rental companies wages events, and then give some suggestions, such as establishing the leased enterprise wage protection fund system and payment preparation system; establish emergency mechanism for arrears. Continue to rely on the existing network management and reinforce the foundation work and management countermeasures
