| Abstract: | Based on parenting advantage theory the paper analyses the advantages of parenting network showed by the peer core district business, cross-industry unique parenting advantage and the same business and cross-industry value creation. It also adevelops the parenting advantage networking’ s value creation mechanism: unique affect, connection affect, central functions and service affect, overall development affect. At last the author of the paper proposes four implement methods for Chinese overseas enterprises: collaboration business portfolio, space matching estimation, transformation of enterprise structure, networking ecology. |
