当前中国底层社会激情抗争的演进逻辑及其解读——以陶村的土地纠纷为个案

该文以陶村土地纠纷为个案,从抗争参与主体和抗争事件过程两个维度对当前中国底层社会激情抗争遵循何种逻辑、该逻辑何以可能、效果如何及何以应对几个问题进行了研究。研究发现:价值-利益回归构成了当前中国底层社会激情抗争的演进逻辑;基层党群关系矛盾与村落权势阶层兴起为底层社会激情抗争提供了重要空间,压力型维稳体制、同心圆式政治权力结构为底层社会激情抗争提供了重要机遇;底层社会激情抗争具有组织化程度低、情感性动员强特征,是一种工具性为主、情感性为辅的非政治对抗的利益规则意识;防范利益诉求向价值诉求转变,是化解底层社会激情抗争逻辑演变的重要关键点;西方集体行动理论并不能完全解释当前中国底层社会激情抗争演进逻辑。

The Evolution Logic of Passion Resistance from the Subaltern Society in Contemporary China and Its Interpretation --As a Case of Land Disputes in Tao Village

Based on a case of land disputes in tao village,the article tries to explain preliminarily several issues such as the evolution logic of the lower class society in contemporary China and its causes, effect, approach,from two dimensions involved the resistant subject and the case process. The study finds that the value-interest regression is its evolution logic. The partial alienation of party-masses relationship and the emergence of village power hierarchy,pressure-type stability maintenance system and concentric cir cle-type political power structure provides respectively it with an important space and opportunity. The passion resistance is a tool-based emotional-supplemented, non-political resistant awareness of interest rules. The key approach is preventing the interests＇ pursuits from changing into the value pursuits. The Western collective action theory doesn＇t explain fully its evolution logic.
