| Abstract: | In the fast advance of economic globalization and the great change in the international environment, the trend of liberalization of the economy has offered the opportunity for the multinational company to adjust its foreign investement allocation and to increase its direct foreign investment. The change in strategy decision of foreign investment provides some revelations on how developing countries introduce the direct investement by the multi-national company. |
