| Abstract: | The authors exert Cluster Analysis to analyses the welfare fund of workers and employees in State-owned Enterprises, Urban Collective-owned enterprises, Honking, Macao and Taiwan Chinese-funded Enterprises and Foreign-funded Enterprises by region in year 2000, so to study the basic employees' welfare condition in Chinese Companies, and concluded it's distribution and regional variation. |
