| 摘 要： | 依靠科技创新是推动甘南藏族自治州农牧业经济稳步发展的重要途径。农牧业科技人才的数量、质量、科技活动状况决定着甘南农牧业发展与创新。总结甘南农牧业科技人才队伍发展经验、分析甘南农牧业科技人才队伍存在的问题、提出改变甘南农牧业人才队伍的具体措施，对于推动甘南经济可持续发展、促进甘肃少数民族地区农业科技人才资源可持续开发利用具有战略意义。

| Abstract: | Depending on scientific innovation is an important mean to facilitate the stable development of agriculture and animal husbandry economy in Gannan Tibetan prefecture.The number,quality and scientific activities of agriculture and animal husbandry talents determines the agriculture and animal husbandry development and innovation.Analyzing the experience of agricultural and husbandry talents development,finding the problems existing in this area and proposing some concrete strategies for this issue will have strategic meaning in improving the sustainable development of economy as well as talents in Gannan Tibetan prefecture. |
