摘    要:北京农村居住建筑大都没有采取保温措施,建筑能耗大,室内热舒适性差,有很大的节能潜力。结合北京农村建筑现状和能源使用情况,提出几种方案,采用DeST软件进行模拟分析,并结合现场测试,分析了方案的技术和经济可行性:采取岩棉、胶粉聚苯颗粒、聚苯板、袋装聚苯颗粒等措施,室内平均温度提高7—9.5℃;加装保温窗帘可以减少54%~60%的冷风渗透热负荷;每年可节约52%~61%的呆暖耗煤量,初始投入仅增加94~129元/m^2,有较强的推广价值。

Abstract:Most residential constructions in Beijing rural area have no effective thermal insulation, and having high energy consumption, poor indoor thermal comfort and thus great space in energy-saving transformation. To solve this problem, the systematic research on the rural residential buildings and the energy use state in Beijing rural area was conducted, and some energy-saving transformation schemes were proposed. The technical and economic feasibility of the schemes was analyzed by simulation using DeST and by on-site measurement. The results show that schemes of mineral wool, expanded polystyrene granule, polystyrene, and sacked polystyrene granule can greatly improve the thermal comfort of buildings with a rise in average indoor temperature of 7-9.5℃. The addition of thermal insulation curtain can decrease the heat load due to infiltration by 54%-60%. The coal consumption for heating will drop by about 52%-61% , and the investment will only increase by about 94-129 yuan per square meter. So the schemes are worth popularizing.
