高校新入职师资培训的实证分析——以天津大学2008年创新能力与职业发展培训为例

摘    要:教师是高校发展的核心力量,教师能力水平的提升对于高校实现战略性目标至关重要。天津大学通过师资创新能力与职业发展培训来实现对新入职人员的全程跟踪培养,是促进个人和学校共同发展的重要"牵引"。通过对天津大学2008年新入职人员培训调查问卷的数据进行整理统计,并兼具访谈、个案研究等方式综合佐证,在提升学员满意度、培训内容多元和精品建设、培训安排科学规范等诸多方面进行经验总结和较为细致的数据分析。

Abstract:Teaching staff is the core of institutions of higher education.So faculty development is essential to individual faculty member and stratege missions of the institutions.Faculty Innovation and Development Training(FIDT) program of Tianjin University is part and parcel of the institutional capacity-building program.The article focuses on the analysis from many aspects through the questionnaires sent to new recruits,including how to make the training better meet the needs of fresh teachers,how to make the curriculum more scientific and so on.
