| Abstract: | Kabuki constitues the essence of Japanese traditional public entertainments. It not only inherits traditional Japanese pubulic entertainments, but is also influenced by traditional Chinese cultures. Against the special historical background of Yedo times, Kabuki presents itself as a product of Japanese national creativity under the insinuative influence of traditional Chinese culture. |
