审美教育在大学英语教学中的应用研究

摘    要:审美教育是一种以发现美、创造美、培养人的创造能力和审美素养,以培养人的审美情趣为目标的教育。根据调查显示,审美教育在大学英语教学中的状况不容乐观,表现在大学英语教学仍在延续传统的教学方式,以服务于四、六级考试为目的,大学英语教学过程远离审美活动,教学组织形式单一,课堂缺乏民主,严重损害了学生的审美创造性。导致这种状况的原因主要是学校对审美教育重视程度不够,应试教育带来的必然后果,传统观念的惯性影响和教师缺乏审美修养。

Abstract:Aesthetic education is to discover beauty,to create beauty,to cultivate human creativity and aesthetic quality,to cultivate people’s aesthetic taste for the purpose of education.According to the survey: the aesthetic education in college English teaching is not optimistic in the performance of students on understanding of aesthetic education,college English teaching to serve for college English band four and band six,still in the traditional college English teaching method,teaching process is far from the aesthetic activities,the single teaching organization form,the lack of classroom democracy,seriously damaging to the students’ aesthetic creativity,which leading to this situation is school concern on aesthetic education not enough,examination-oriented education inevitable consequences,the inertial effects of the traditional concept and lacking of aesthetic culture of teachers.
