| 摘 要： | 小城镇是实现农村现代化的重要载体 ,它作为农村与城市在生产、交换、生活方式之间的纽带 ,起着推进农村城市化进程的重要作用。作为河北省重要城市的秦皇岛 ,城镇化水平低下。论文结合实际分析了秦皇岛市农村城镇化亟待解决的问题 ,有针对性地提出了加快秦皇岛市小城镇建设步伐 ,增强城市社会、经济、文化向农村辐射功能的对策。对秦皇岛市城镇建设具有一定的指导意义

| Abstract: | Small town is an important carrier to realize rural urbanization As a tie between countryside and city in terms of production, exchange and way of life, it plays an important role in pushing rural urbanization forward As an important city of Hebei Province, Qinhuangdao's levelof urbanization is low Combining the neality, this paper analyses the problems needing urgent solution Considering the problems and situation, the paper also puts forward the countermeasures that we should quicken the paces of small towns construction of Qin city and improve towns' radioactive function to countryside in terms of community, economy and culture This paper is of certain guiding significance to small town construction of Qin City |
