| 摘 要： | 和合学是人类走向21世纪的一种文化战略构想,它为我国研究生导师制度本土创新的具体落实提供了理论支持和方法论资源。和合学视角下,我国研究生导师制度本土创新,必然是一个体现研究生导师制度诸要素关联、差异、合作、竞争、冲突、协同、转换、融合的过程。中国当代研究生导师制度本土创新的主要任务,是建立起一种国际性与本土性和合、历史性与现实性和合、本体性与外在性和合的制度体系。
