普通高校体育实施素质教育的影响因素及对策

高校体育是学校体育的重要组成部分，大学生是未来社会发展的桥梁。在高校中实施素质教育，其作用将迅速而明显，尽管高校体育在如何实施素质教育的道路上进行了多年尝试，但因种种障碍至今未能在全国高校中有计划、有步骤地开展，本偿试从纵向的角度对高校体育素质教育的障碍进行探讨，以引起高校体育工作和管理的高度重视。

Obstacles And Countermeasures of Quality Education Campaign in College''''s Physical Education

Physical Education (PE) of universities and colleges is one of important part of PE because students will be the core power of social development. Effect of implementing quality education in universities and colleges appears obviously and quickly. Although the practices efforts to carry out quality education in PE of universities and colleges have been made for many years, quality education of PE in universities and college has not been carried out routinely and nationally until now because lots of obstacles remain in the campaign. The article will discuss the obstacles caused by traditional physical education system; bring forward some countermeasures against the obstacles to teachers and administrators of physical education.
