弹性学分制背景下的因材施教论

摘    要:分析了因材施教的基本内涵,探讨了弹性学分制下的因材施教结构构架和基于弹性学分制的因材施教策略.分析表明:宽口径大容量的人才培养方案、自主选择机制和本科生导师制是弹性学分制下因材施教的基础;加强师资队伍建设、构建不同层面的因材施教体系、加强教育教学资源建设,强化创新能力培养、全面落实本科生导师制,是基于弹性学分制的因材施基本策略.

Abstract:This article anglicizes the basic meaning of the principle of individualized instruction,the structure and the strategies of the principle in the elastic credit system.Then draws a conclusion that the basic strategies of the principle lie in following aspects: constructing the personnel training scheme of the undergraduates,strengthening the building of teaching body;reinforcing the cultivation of creativity,implementing fully the tutorial system in universities.
