| 摘 要： | 全人教育是充分发展个人潜能以培养完整个体的教育理念与模式。全人，是真正全面发展的人、完善的人，是作为人的人而非作为工具的人、是完美的人而非残缺的人。改变我国基础教育现状。克服应试教育弊端，进一步推进素质教育，使学生全面发展，必须构建全人教育新理念。
