我国农产品物流模式改革探讨

针对我国农产品物流业发展缓慢、成本居高不下且效率较低的现状,从物流主体、物流基础设施的建设及物流环节阐述我国与国外先进物流模式的差距。通过借鉴西方发达国家物流业发展的成功经验并结合我国现状,将我国散而杂的生产者组织成拥有自我领导能力的自组织,并通过该组织与市场、第三方企业、政府合作并建立起若干新型农产品物流模式。与此同时,政府应加强对农产品物流行业的扶持,完善物流设施设备的建设,加大人才培养力度,从而突破我国农产品物流发展所遇瓶颈,促进我国农产品物流又好又快发展。

A Probe into the Reform of the Logistics Mode for Farm Produce in China

Considering the situation of the logistic industry of agricultural produce in China with slow progress, high cost and low efficiency, the paper analyzes the distance between the domestic logistic mode and that of the western countries from the aspects of the main body of logistics, the basic constructions and the logistic process. By drawing from the successful experience of the development of western logistic industry in developed countries and combining with the status quo in China, the paper claims that a self organizing organization will come into being and gather together the present scattering and mixed producers, and by cooperating with the market, the third enterprise and the government, the organization will establish some new logistic mode for agricultural produce. At the same time, the government should strengthen the support for logistic industry of agricultural produce, improve the construction of logistic infrastructure, and enhance personnel training, so as to break through the bottleneck constraining the development of agricultural produce logistics in China, and promote sound and rapid development of agricultural produce logistics.
