论荣誉权被侵害的民法救济

In our General Provisions of the Civil Law, though the right of honor takes one kind of independent shape which is acknowledged by the law, the judicial practice indicates it has not obtained positive protects, the reason lies in that we have not clear limits to the right of honor＇ s content. So only we limit the right of honor＇ s content clearly and summarize the concrete way which the right of honor is violated, can we induce the civil relief measures comprehensively and really protect the subject＇ s right of honor well.
