土地征收中失地农民权益保护的法律思考

伴随着工业化和城镇化的高速发展，大量农业用地转为城市用地和建设用地，失地农民增多在所难免，但这与实践中存在的侵害失地农民利益现象并无直接因果关系。导致侵害失地农民权益现象存在的根本原因是现行土地征收法律制度存在重大缺陷。要解决这一问题，需要解放思想，与时俱进，适应社会主义市场经济发展的要求，以保障农民权益为核心，全面改革征地法律制度。

Thought on the Laws for Protecting the Rights and Interests of Losing Land Farmers

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,a large quantity of agricultural lands transform to the lands for urban construction,and the increase of the farmers who lost their land is inevitable. However,it has no direct casual relationship with the damage to the losing land farmers' rights and interests.The fundamental cause of the damage of the losing land farmers' rights and interests is the big shortcomings in the land acquisition legal system.In order to solve this problem,we must emancipate our mind,advance with times,meet the demands of the development of socialistic market economy,take farmers' rights and interests as the core and comprehensively reform the legal system for land acquisition.
