| Abstract: | The Qing government lodged a protest immediatly after over 300 Chinese were killed in just about 10 hours,inviting international investigators to claim the request of compensation according to the massacre.The government asked the warcraft called Haiqi on the north atlantic ocean driving to the Latin American countries as soon as possible. |
