生态公益林建设对林农收入影响的实证分析——以浙江省长兴县和衢江区为例

生态公益林建设是我国为解决日益严峻的生态问题而采取的重大举措。利用浙江省林农调查的面板数据,以林农各项收入为因变量,通过计量经济模型分析了生态公益林建设对林农收入的影响。研究表明,生态公益林建设对浙江山区林农林业收入存在负面影响,但对林农非农就业收入和总收入的影响不显著。完善生态公益林补偿制度,拓宽非农经营渠道,是实现生态公益林可持续发展的根本途径。

Empirical Analysis on Impact of Ecological Public Welfare Forest on Farmers' Income: a Case on Changxing County and Qujiang District of Zhejiang Province
