| Abstract: | A lot of Listed COmpanies in China introduce Independent director mechanism by drawing on the experiences from Britain and the United States.Aiming at this phenomenon,the article analyzes the realistic significance of introducing Independent director mechanism in the light of two aspects,that is ,the requirement of international society and the current situation of corporate governance in civil companies.On the basis of the analysis,the article also tries probing into perfecting Independent director mechanism. |
