激励机制在高校人力资源管理中的应用研究

摘    要:人力资源是高校教育资源中最重要的资源,人力资源工作的改革、优化及完善,有利于整合教师结构,深化制度改革以及提高教学质量,因此,建立积极有效的激励机制已经成为了高校人力资源管理中的重要目标。基于当前高校人力资源激励机制的应用现状,对其构建的实现途径与有效性进行了分析,认为有效的激励机制能最终促进高校竞争力的提升。

Abstract:Human resource is the most important one in the university education resources. The reform and optimization of human resource helps to integrate the teacher architecture, deepens the system reform and improve the teaching quality. Therefore, to establish positive and effective incentive mechanism has become an important goal in the management of university human resource. Based on the current application status of the human resources incentive mechanism in colleges and universities, the approach to realize the implementation of the mechanism and its effectiveness are analyzed, asserting that an effective incentive mechanism can eventually promote the competitiveness of colleges and universities.
