煤炭产供链的碳排放经济测度模型和治理效益模型研究

给出碳排放视角下的煤炭产供链的概念及其结构模型,分析该结构模型中煤炭开采环节、加工环节、运输环节和消费环节的运作成本与碳排放量以及治理费用三者之间的关系,以钢铁企业为例构建煤炭产供链的碳排放经济测度模型和煤炭产供链的碳排放治理效益模型。这对于确定单位运作成本碳排放量最低的煤炭产供链,进而从治理效益角度控制此条煤炭产供链的碳排放具有理论价值与实际指导作用。

Economic Measurement Model and Treatmental Effectiveness Model of the Carbon Emissions in Coal Produce-Supply Chain

This paper first presents the concept of coal produce-supply chain and a structural model of this chain from a perspective of carbon emission.Then an analysis is given to the relations among operational cost in coal mining,processing,transportation and coal consumption,the amount of carbon emissions and the fee for carbon emission treatment in this model.Finally an attempt is made to constructs a model for the economic measurement of carbon emissions in the coal produce-supply chain and a model of treatmental effectiveness of carbon emissions for coal produce-supply chain based on an example of iron and steel enterprise.These two models play a role of theoretical and practical guiding to determine a produce-supply chain which has the lowest carbon emissions operating cost/per unit and the control of carbon emissions of this produce-supply chain from the point of treatmental effectiveness.
