低碳经济与经济模式的生态化转变

工业革命后确立的经济发展模式存在着资源浪费大、碳化气体排放严重、环境污染代价高等问题,因此低碳经济发展模式产生有其历史的必然性。西方学者低碳经济的思想是这一历史必然性的反映。传统经济发展模式向低碳经济发展模式转变主要包括经济理论、发展观以及经济增长模式转变三方面内容。低碳经济的实质是经济效率和生态效率的统一,是经济发展模式生态化的最终着力点。

Low- carbon Economy and Ecological Conversion of the Economic Development Model

The economic development model which established after industrial revolution displays the problems of resource waste,serious carbon emissions,and the high cost of environmental pollution.Therefore,the generation of the low-carbon economic development model has its historical inevitability.The paper draws on the low carbon economy ideas of the western scholar,and points out that there are three conversions including economic theory,concept of development and economic growth model in the process of the traditional economic development mode shifting to the low carbon economic development model.The essence of low-carbon economy is the unity of economic efficiency and ecological efficiency.And it’s the final focus of ecological model of economic development.
