| 摘 要： | 用科学发展观指导高校学生的思想政治工作，就是要坚持“以人为本”的本质和核心，用动态、发展、创新、与时俱进的思想指导工作，结合当今学生的思想实际和生活实际，探索高校学生思想政治工作的新方法、新途径，努力提高思想政治工作的说服力和影响力，注重增强大学生思想政治工作的实效性。同时，还要做好毕业生的就业工作，更好地为高校思想政治工作服务。

| Abstract: | If we want to achieve better results of students' ideological and political work,we must concentrate on the essence and core of taking human beings as a root to guide our work with a developing,innovative and advancing idea.Combined with students' ideological and life realities,we must try to find the new ways and methods to improve its persuasive influence and enhance its effectiveness.At the same time,graduate work will serve better for college ideological and political work. |
