| 摘 要： | 经鼻分泌物涂片检查和抽样剖检诊断感染有环肠科吸虫的麻鸭群,按公斤体重分别给予25mg、50mg、75mg和100mg的丙硫咪唑进行驱除试验,其结果:减虫率分别为70.59％、76.47％、76.47％和82.35％。

| Abstract: | Thinty local adult ducks with natural Cyclocoelidae (Trematoda) infections were randomly alloted in five groups of six ducks. Nasal sample-is were examined before treatment and all ducks were positive for Cyclocoelidiosis. Necropsy was done before treatment and on. the 10th and 11th day affer treatment for worm identification. Four groups were given oral Albendazole at a dosage of 25mg, 50mg, 75mg and 100mg kg-1 of body weight respectively, and one group was control group. It was showed that the percentage efficacy was 70. 59 %, 76. 47%,76. 47% and 82. 35%,respectively. |
