| 摘 要： | 新刑法颁布以来,计算机犯罪刑法罪名备受人们关注,也存有不少争议.计算机犯罪不但是一种新型的犯罪现象,而且可以是指刑法所规定的计算机犯罪相关刑法罪名.我国新刑法仅为计算机犯罪设定了两个罪名,这与当前计算机犯罪形势相比表现出严重的滞后性.为此,计算机犯罪刑事立法有待进一步完善.
