| 摘 要： | 从价值链的角度诠释银行战略联盟,可以认为战略联盟的实质是价值链核心环节的互补。银行战略联盟有三种策略:交易联盟、职能联盟和动态联盟。从实际出发,银行组建战略联盟应该遵循一些基本原则。我国银行应实施战略联盟,以提高我国金融业的核心能力。

| Abstract: | At the point of value chain, Bank Strategic Alliance is reinterpreted. The essence of strategic alliance is complementary to the core links of value chain. Banking strategic alliance includes three kinds of strategies: trade alliance, function alliance and dynamic alliance. Starting from the reality, the bank should follow some basic principles while setting up the strategic alliance. China's banks should implement strategic alliance in order to improve the core competence of financial circles in our country. |
