| 摘 要： | 社会和谐包括社会经济和谐、政治和谐和文化和谐,而国际和谐、党际和谐、群际和谐、民族和谐、区域和谐、城乡和谐、党政和谐、政企和谐、党群和谐、干群和谐,则是一个社会实现政治和谐不可或缺的因素,只有着力维护好这十个方面的和谐关系,才能为我国社会主义和谐社会的构建提供政治保障。

| Abstract: | Social harmony is an organic unity of harmony in social economy,politics and culture.Moreo- ver,the harmony of international relations,the one among the masses and between different parties,na- tionalities,regions,and the one between cities and the countryside,the Party and the Government,the enterprises and governments of all levels,cadres and the average people,are all essential factors for a soci- ety to realize political harmony.Only when these ten aspects of harmonious relations are well maintained can we provide a political safeguard for the construction of a socialist harmonious society. |
