| 摘 要： | 城市精神包括“是然”与“应然”两方面的哲学内涵,上海精神面临着城市发展和精神失落的双重历史困境,城市精神为城市走出困境指出方向。城市精神的实践品质应体现在确立新的发展观、确立创新模式和树立新的价值观三个方面。

| Abstract: | City Spirit has two philosophical connotations:“being”and“should be”.In this respect,Shanghai as one of the major cities of China,its spirit is faced with two historical predicaments caused by the development of the city and the lost of its original spirit.Shaping the city spirit can guide the city out of the predicament.The practical quality of a city spirit should embody the three points:the establishment of the new development vision,of the new development pattern,and of the new development value. |
