knowledge economy has an extensive and profound influence on Chinese employment. On one hand, it poses great challenges and difficulties to traditional employment pattern, on the other hand, it creates many new employment fields and draws other relative industries growing. As to Chinese grim employment situation, our government should take some measures . We can increase gross economic amount, adjust structural unemployment ,carry out multiple employment forms and so on to better present situation.
