| Abstract: | The numeric library is a kind of new information utilization method which is developed in 21 century.It can be used conveniently by reads farthest,enlarge readers crowd,and realizes the utmost social benefit.The author has expatiated the important meaning for the establishment of tobacco industry's numeric library and comparably analyzed the numeric library and the traditional library.In the mean time,the needed and advanced technology level for the tobacco industry's numeric library are also introduced from numeral resources,technology realizes and realized function.After the numeric library has been founded,it should supply the tobacco industry's users high quality services and play its own role. |
