辽宁海洋水产业可持续发展中几个问题的探讨

通过分析海洋水产业可持续发展的多方面的影响因素──海洋环境污染、海洋生物污染、海洋环境资源的过度开发利用、科技进步、海洋水产业的综合管理等，针对目前辽宁省海洋水产业发展中存在的近海生态环境恶化、养殖病害大规模流行、近海渔业过度捕捞、水产科技落后于产业发展等问题，提出了大力发展海洋水产科学技术、综合治理近海环境、恢复生态平衡、引进和培育优良品种、建立海洋生物种质资源库等对策。

Studies on the Sustainable Development of Marine Fisheries of Liaoning Province

The factors affecting the sustainable development of marine fisheries were analyzed in this paper, such as Marine environmental pollution, marine biological pollution, over utilization of marine environment resources, Technology progress and comprehensive management of marine fisheries, etc. The problem existing in Liaoning Fisheries were offshore biological deterioration, large-scale epidemic aquaculture diseases, overfishing in the offshore Waters, backward aquatic technology deterring the development of aquatic industry, etc.. In view of the problems Mentioned above, this paper put forward the following counter measures as greatly developing the science and Technology in marine aquatic production, comprehensively administering the offshore environment, restoring Ecological balance, introducing and cultivating improved breeds and establishing marine biological species asse, etc.
