新农村建设背景下的农村成人教育

概述了农村成人教育在建设社会主义新农村中的作用,分析了农村成人教育发展的制约因素,认为农村成人教育事业发展缺乏系统的管理体制、政府统筹力度不够、经费短缺、教育师资力量缺乏、农村成人教育内容单一等5个方面的制约因素,提出了从强化政府统筹协调功能、促进农村成人教育的发展,整合资源、加大投入、强化管理体制、确保农村成人教育事业的稳定发展,优化农村成人教育结构、创新教育教学体系,大力加强农村成人教育师资队伍建设,加强农村成人教育科学研究等方面加快农村成人教育发展的对策,为在社会主义新农村建设中的农村成人教育发展提供指导。

Rural adult education under the background of building a new socialist countryside

The role of rural adult education in building a new socialist countryside is summarized,and the factors restraining rural adult education developmemt are analysed.It is held that rural adult education developmemt is restrained mainly by the factors in five aspects such as lack of management system,insufficient government′s coordination,short of funds,lack of teachers and lack of various teaching materials.It is suggested that strengthening the government coordinating function to promote development of rural adult education,integrating resources and increasing the funds and strengthening management system to ensure sustainable development of rural adult education,optimizing rural adult education structure to innovate educating and teaching system,reinforcing construction of rural adult education teachers staff,reinforcing science researches of rural adult education,providing direction for rural adult education development in building a new socialist countryside.
