我国社会保障制度存在的问题及对策

新中国成立之初，我国就建立了社会主义国家的社会保障制度。经过六十年的发展与完善，我国的社会保障制度在经济发展、社会稳定、保障全体人民正常的生产生活方面起到了非常重要的作用。但是我们也看到，随着经济波动的挑战、人口老龄化的加剧、人口迁移流动的加快、就业形式的多样化，社会保障制度自身建设中存在的问题已经影响到了我国经济的发展速度，成为经济高速发展的制度性障碍。为了促进和谐社会的尽快建立、保障经济社会的持续、稳定、健康发展，完善我国的社会保障制度就显得非常重要。
