当前我国依宪执法公安教育理念的创新

我国正处在复杂多变的国际环境中,各种分裂势力、敌对势力活动猖獗,而我国内部又存在多种多样的人民内部矛盾,城乡差异、贫富差异、官民矛盾突出,公安工作的难度大大增加,一些地方公安机关出现了违法违纪、违法办案等问题。从宪法学及哲学的视角,并结合自身的职业特点提出公安教育理念的创新,这就是要以依宪执法为立足点,结合提高德性修养,最终形成在执法过程中的理性观念,推动公安队伍建设,增进社会的和谐。

The Current Concept of Police Education and Innovation

China is in a complicated international environment,the various separatist and hostile forces are rampant.While there are different kinds of contradictions among people domestically,such as difference between urban and rural areas,polarization of the rich and the poor,prominent contradiction between government and the public,which make the work of the public security much harder.The problems such as violation of laws and codes of conduct,illegal handling and other issues also occur among some local public security authorities.From the perspective of constitutional law and philosophy,and associated with its own professional characteristics,the paper puts forward the educational innovation of the public security,which is to establish the foothold in accordance with the constitution as law enforcement,and together with increasing the cultivation of virtue,the rational idea is ultimately formed during the law enforcement.Promotion of the public security construction enhances social harmony.
