| Abstract: | Building a harmonious society is a process of the multi-dimensional harmonization.A harmonious society needs harmonious rule by law.Legislative harmony is an important part of harmonious rule by law.Legislation harmony includes the harmony of legislation values,the harmony of the legislative process and the harmony of Legislative provisions,and so on.Achieving legislative harmony is a comprehensive,gradual and order project,requiring a variety of conditions of preparation,accumulation and coordination. |
