明清时期广东山区的陂塘水利与生态环境

It is about the relationship between water Conservation project and ecological environment in the mountainous areas in Guangdong Province in the Ming and the Qing Dynasties.Water facilities improved ecological environment and the value of the land in the mountainous areas.But the growing soil erosion from mountains blocked the ponds and dams and raised the level of river bed.Waste ponds,river beds,and ditches were reclaimed into farmland.The previous dams of the rivers blocked shipping.The dams also slowed down the runoff flow,and caused mud stagnant.The increasing river bed and river overflow affected the shipping in the water resources.Controlling measures were proposed for silting ponds and increasing river beds.
