| 摘 要： | 大学是人才成长的摇篮,是人力资源开发的基地,肩负着向社会源源不断供应人才的重担。大学校长是大学的领航者、掌舵人,一位好的校长能成就一所好的学校。通过对我国本科大学校长个人特征的分析,探寻一些颇有价值的结论,对促进高水平大学校长的涌现和更好地成长有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The university that shoulder the burden to provide talents to the society are the cradles of talents growth and the base of human resources development.The president is the leader and helm in the university.A good president will bring up a good university.The article will found some valuable conclusions by analysing the individual characteristics of president of undergraduate university in China.These conclusions are valuable to the emergence and growth of undergraduate university presidents. |
