| 摘 要： | 现行宪法学教学体系存在许多不足之处:部分宪法学体系的中心线索不明确,各部分之间缺乏逻辑联系;现行宪法学的重点内容不突出,甚至对于重点内容避而不谈。因此,要完善宪法学的教学体系,不仅需要明确宪法学的研究对象、中心线索和核心范畴,还必须考虑到大一学生的基础知识和学习兴趣。由此,宪法学的教学体系应由四部分构成:宪法学基础理论;基本权利论;国家权力论;协调论。

| Abstract: | The teaching system of the current Constitution education system should integrate the study of constitutional jurisprudence,the focus and the core areas of clues together.Constitution education system must also be taken into account first-year students basic knowledge and interest in learning.As a result,the teaching system of Constitution should be four parts： basic theory of the Constitution,the basic rights,state power,and coordination. |
