| 摘 要： | 党的"十七届五中全会"指出,文化是一个民族的精神和灵魂,是国家发展和民族振兴的强大力量。要推动文化大发展、大繁荣、提升国家文化软实力。正确认识社会主义和谐文化的基本特征,对我们坚持社会主义先进文化前进方向、增强文化发展活力、繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业、满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求、建设中华民族共有精神家园、增强民族凝聚力和创造力具有十分重要的实践意义和理论价值。
