| 摘 要： | 乾隆时期,社会风气奢靡,造成粮食巨大浪费。为了缓解粮食短缺压力,乾隆政府实行了禁奢政策,在一定程度上缓解了粮食短缺状况。但由于奢靡是封建制度本身无法克服的,因此禁奢政策没有取得明显成效。

| Abstract: | Luxury is one important reason of grain wasting in the times of Qianlong emperor.In order to solve grain shortage,the government carried out the policy of forbidding luxury,and the measure had obtained certain effect.Because this problem was unconquerable by feudality,the policy couldn＇t be successful. |
