河南省旅游景区管理体制改革路径探析

旅游景区的管理在现实中分属多个部门,导致管理多头与管理越位、缺位并存,不利于旅游产业的发展。因此,突破景区管理体制"瓶颈"是发展旅游业的迫切问题。河南省在景区管理体制改革领域取得了一些成功经验,重点对四种典型的景区管理模式展开了深入分析,并提出进一步深化景区管理体制改革的方向和路径。为景区管理体制改革提供了有益的启示,其经验值得总结和推广。

On the Reform of the Scenic Area Management System in Henan Province

In reality,the management of scenic area belongs to several departments at the same time,which leads to multiple management,overstepping and overlapping in management.It＇s against to the development of the tourism industry.Therefore,the breakthrough to the ＂bottleneck＂ of scenic area management system is urgent to speeding up the development of tourism.Henan province has gained some successful experience in the reform of scenic area management system,providing us with beneficial enlightenment.The experience is worth summarizing and popularizing.This paper reviews、summarizes and outlooks the reform of the scenic area management system in Henan province,and analyzes deeply four typical scenic spot management models,and puts forward the direction and path to further deepening reform of scenic area management system.
