| 摘 要： | 社会工作发端于西方的慈善组织,二者都是以帮助社会上需要救助的人为目的。但是在救助功能上,社会工作较之慈善事业更具有预防和发展的功能。随着社会工作的不断发展与完善,社会工作的领域也日益扩展到慈善事业的领域内。试图通过对社会工作价值理念、社会工作者的主要角色以及社区社会工作方法三方面的浅析,来探讨当代慈善事业应如何发展才能更加促进社会的稳定与和谐。

| Abstract: | Social work was originated from western charity organization.They have the same purpose,which is to help the people in need.But in the salvage function,social work has more than philanthropy prevention and development function.With the continuous development of social work,it has expanded to the charity field.This paper attempts to analyze social work value concept,the main role of social workers and community social work method,in an aim to discuss the methods to develop modern charity,through which we can promote more social stability and harmony. |
