水文化两级传播过程初探

摘    要:水资源是制约经济和社会发展的瓶颈,错误的水文化观念加剧了水资源的污染和浪费。水文化传播是保护水资源、减少水污染的有效途径。借助两级传播思想可以促使水文化的迅速传播,一级传播是水文化在水利行业人员中的传播,二级传播是作为意见领袖的水利行业人员向普通民众的传播,其中大众传媒的舆论力量和大学生的人际影响力值得重视。

Abstract:In China,water natural resource is rare lack resource.The shortage of water resource has become the bottleneck of economic and society development.Misconceptions of water culture aggravates the water pollution and waste.Water culture spread and education is the effective way to protect the resources and reduce water pollution.Two-step flow of communication will help water culture spreading quickly.The first step is from information centre to water conservancy personnel.And the second is ordinary people accepting water culture.Water conservancy personnel are the leader of the opinion in the process.The powerful media and influential college students are important factors.
