| 摘 要： | 随着气候变化问题的加剧,自然保护区缺乏应对气候变化的相应措施,造成其保护珍稀资源的功能受到了限制。为了解决这一问题,有必要分析研究气候变化对自然保护区的影响,提出相应的法律对策,以期使自然保护区保护珍稀资源的功能得到最大的发挥。

| Abstract: | As an important region to protect vulnerability ecological environment,nature reserve is more vulnerable to be influenced by climate change.However,as the climate change is intensifying,the function of protecting rare resources by nature reserve has been limited because of the lack of appropriate measures to cope with climate change.To solve this problem,it is necessary to analyze the impact of climate change on nature reserve and propose corresponding legal measures,in order to maximize the function of protecting rare resources by nature reserve. |
