| 摘 要： | 不动产制度是实行社会主义市场经济体制的基本制度,一方面牵扯着国家的土地制度,另一方面牵扯着我国广大老百姓的重要利益,它在当今社会的重要性是不言而喻的。通过对新旧不动产制度的分析比较来论述我国物权法中对不动产制度的新发展。

| Abstract: | Real estate is a basic system on implementing the socialist market economicsystem.On the one hand,it is concerned with national land system,on the other hand,it is involed in the important interest of people.So it is very important to social development.This paper discuss the development of real estate system in property law through comparing new with old real estate system. |
